Free IMAT Past Papers 2011-2025

Past papers are the most valuable practice resource for the IMAT but there's a catch most students don't know about.

Official past papers are published by MUR/Universitaly each year. But here's the important nuance: in the official released versions of the 2021-2024 papers the correct answer was standardised to always be answer “A” - which means if you practise on those raw files, you can accidentally 'learn' the position instead of the reasoning. To practise properly, use re-shuffled editions of the papers, where the answer positions are randomised, so you're testing real understanding under real conditions.

Also remember the exam changed hands in 2023 (from Cambridge to MUR). Pre-2023 papers are still useful for content, but the style of the newest papers is the best guide to what 2026 will feel like.
