Why spring
Learn it in spring, practise it in summer
Most IMAT courses squeeze everything into the summer, when there's only time to see a topic once. This one covers the whole syllabus between February and April, finishes before your matura or IB exams, and leaves the summer for timed practice.
Every class opens with ten minutes of questions from earlier weeks, so what you learn in February is still there in September.
And it's small on purpose. Twelve students, two teachers and each one of you has one of us as a mentor: we know what each of you gets wrong, because we read it.

Who teaches you
Two top-50 scorers, same method
Aleksander Schön (Alex)
20th in Europe out of 10,000+ candidates on IMAT 2023. Fourth year of Medicine and Surgery at Sapienza.
Juliette Touati
37th in Europe on IMAT 2023. A year at the Sorbonne, then Medicine and Surgery at Sapienza.
One of us is your mentor from January to April. We teach the whole group together, but your mentor reads your mocks, runs your one-to-ones and messages you when you start falling behind, so nobody has to start from scratch with you.
How a week works
Two evenings and a Saturday morning
Tuesday
Evening
One topic, explained briefly from our own slides. Then IMAT questions: you answer first, timed at exam pace, and we take every option apart.
Thursday
Evening
Same format, another subject. Biology, Chemistry and Physics with Maths rotate, so each one comes back every week or two.
Saturday
Morning
Logic, reading and general knowledge, or a review of what the group got wrong. After a mock it becomes a 2-hour debrief with the whole group.
Between classes there's a 20-question homework quiz each week. It takes about an hour and tells your teacher what to come back to.
The programme
The whole syllabus, weighted like the exam
The more questions a section has on the exam, the more class time it gets. Physics and Maths get a little more than their share because they take longest to learn, and logic and reading also come up in every weekly quiz.

-
Mocks on Saturday 31 July and Saturday 28 August, read by us, and a live admissions session while IMAT registration is open.
Mocks and feedback
Six full mocks, and a person reads each one
Mocks open on Saturday at 13:30, the time the real exam starts, and close on Monday at 9:00. You get your score by section and a written note from your teacher on what's costing you marks.
From your answers we also work out your own guess rule: when an answer is worth the risk and when to leave it blank.
Example of what comes back
Mock 2, Saturday 13 March
37 right, 14 wrong, 9 blank
49.9of 90
Your Chemistry isn't the problem, your units are: four of the six Chemistry marks you lost were unit slips. Write the units down before you calculate anything.
Your guesses after ruling out one option were right 6 times in 10, so keep answering those.

After the Spring Course
The Summer Course, July to the exam

Is this for you?
This is for you if
- You're sitting the IMAT in 2027, or retaking it after 2026
- You can keep two evenings and one weekend hour free each week, from February to April
- You want someone to read your work and tell you exactly what to fix
- You'll do the weekly quiz and every mock, not just watch the classes
- You're happy to study in English, the language of the exam
It isn't if
- You need one weak section fixed fast. 1-on-1 lessons get you there quicker.
- You can't keep the same evenings free every week until April
- You'd rather watch videos in your own time. A self-study platform costs less and will do the job.
Students
What students say
"The thing I liked the most about the teacher is his thorough knowledge of the IMAT test on top of just the material. He had a lot of valuable knowledge about how the IMAT questions were written, what topics were likely to come up and how to go about writing the test including his own Imat style practice exercises and mock tests"
Matteo
"I liked that he covered all topics and focused on details that could be tricky and are typical for IMAT. I also loved loved loved his metaphoric approach when it comes to connecting movies and bio/chem topics."
Abasi
"The teacher brings in incredible energy to the classroom. His passion for the subject genuinely, for the first time in a while, reignited my passion for chemistry and physics"
Asya

The Spring Course ends on 24 April, so May is yours. There's no Easter break: Saturday 27 March runs as normal, and if you can't make it, there's the recording.
-
Yes, until 14 February if places are left. You get the recordings of the classes you missed and sit Mock 0 when you join.

-
No. If you'd like to, message us on WhatsApp and we'll set up a free consultation.
